Two Year Limited Warranty


Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. warrants, to the original purchaser, for two years it will replace any defective part at no charge to the purchaser. This warranty is limited to normal wear or use of the product (does not include wear and tear to latex tubing and straps) to be determined by Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. at which time we will send out a new replacement part. Defective part must be shipped back with proof of purchase along with RA number.

Back Mountain Outdoor Product, Inc. shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages due to the use or misuse of this product.

 

Guarantee


Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. wants our customers to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase date return to Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. with your proof of purchase along with original and complete packaging and RA number. Due to the cost incurred by Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc., shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Return Policies


Note the following:
  1. Contact Back Mountain Outdoor Products, Inc. to receive RA number and instructions for return.
  2. We will not accept returned merchandise without a return authorization (RA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.
  3. Returns must be shipped to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail for tracking/confirmation purposes. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages, therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
